Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. This young man is a trained carpenter, and is probably very skilled. But his tile laying is poor. I could have done a better job myself. I had to pull some up and reglue them as he used the wrong glue. The pattern was all over the place and he put tiny strips along the door way, so that of course they have come up.
