Shockingly bad. Given option 0f new skirting boards/existing ones. Stuart said old ones were fine, quoted to prep the walls, clear the glue off the old skirtings and do a really neat job. It was bad, he used four tubes of filler to fill gaps, no neat corking edge but smudged over the walls, corking over the floor, some skirtings fell off, I think he tried to use corking as glue. I gave him an opportunity to rectify before posting this rating, but he just made excuses. Chris

This young man is a trained carpenter, and is probably very skilled. But his tile laying is poor. I could have done a better job myself. I had to pull some up and reglue them as he used the wrong glue. The pattern was all over the place and he put tiny strips along the door way, so that of course they have come up.

The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

Changing this review. I would not use them again. Got them back for a 2nd job. Started 1 week late which was due to sickness - fine. Spent first 3 days working no more than a few hours a day putting plastic down. 5th day started painting. Colour matched rather than using the brand agreed to. Only did one coat of paint on all surfaces. After only a couple of months this js now chipping away at the slightest touch. No prep work on old surfaces, one coat of paint rather than 2 or 3, didn’t use brand I picked.

To add to this if this dishonest person is blaming me for a lie ee can take mobile phone statements and check how many times he "contacted" me and how many times I tried to contact him with his obvious ignorance to my attempts trying to reach him. Darren I agree there delays in bath arriving but the only descnt work you did was take down the dividing wall. Your tiling was terrible. You couldn't even get tiles on the walls flat. You always came up with excuses why the work was substandard. We have pictures to show. You cost me money replacing all the tiles you ruined. So don't continue givng excuses for your shody work. I paid you 900 pounds to cover the cost of taking down a small partition wall n fixing the window. You get minus rating from me.

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
