Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Arrived promptly each morning and worked solidly until the end of the afternoon. Tidied up well every evening. Always friendly and cheerful. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and ensuite. Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

I am suprised that this plumber appears on your website.He quoted £50 for the job admitted that he does not usually change taps and only fits boilers.He spent 4.5 hours on his visit and was clearly incompetent.He was unable to change the tap in the utility room and forcibly removed our sink severely damaging our worktop.The result of his visit is a bill for £650 to replace the worktop and sink.Do not use this tradesman under any circumstances.Awfull and should be removed from this website

These people are absolutely useless. Yesterday he called me to make an appointment for today at 5:00 pm to come and check the job. Now it’s 6:00 pm, no sign of him. I’ve called multiple times; not only did he fail to turn up, he doesn’t even have the decency to answer his phone. He’s wasted my time, ruined my Sunday, and shown zero professionalism. No courtesy call, no explanation, nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how unreliable they would be if given actual work.

The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

I will not recommend this service to anyone. If I could rate zero, I would. They posted for my job, and I expected a call from them, but did not get one. I had to call them a day after and left numerous text messages on their mobile number, if which they denied receiving. I called them again and asked if they were interested in doing the job and if not they should let me know so I could look for an alternative and they hung up the phone on me. This was completely unprofessional. Not to be recommended!

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
