They were very friendly and did an excellent job of rehanging a period door that had come away from the door frame that need cutting out and replacing sections of timber - all at a very reasonable price. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Although the conifer hedging was cut back the site was left untidy in spite of being asked to remove as much of the debris as possible as i was just out of hospital having had knee surgery and therefore unable to do any bending.I even supplied bags to put it in. I have been in touch with the company a couple of times since and each time get empty promises of 'coming to fix it at the weekend'.Disappointing since I had a few friends who would have been interested in using the service..
