He was fast, clean and efficient. He explained what he was doing, asked me to try the window to make sure it was to my satisfaction before he left. Job well done.

They were hardworking and explained the work that needed doing clearly and gave the options that were open to me from the stage of quoting right through to the completion of the job. They spoke in an easy to understand language which was a good thing as I hadn't a clue about the job. The work was completed to a high standard and each part of the job was completed to 110% satisfaction. Overall they offered value for money for a job of the highest standard and would have no hesitation to use them again.

He he was flexible with when he could come over to give me a quote, quickly followed up with the quote and was then happy for me to source a few of the parts needed for the job. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
