Andy was extremely proferssional, helpful and friendly. The early evening quoation visit worked for me and it was reassuring to have the job clearly explained and receive a thorough written quotation while not feeling under any obligation. We needed the job carrying fairly urgently and Andy was able to complete the job and produce a inspection report within the week. We used Oliver when having a new kitchen fitted last week to install down lights in the ceiling, a new oven and sockets. He came and looked at the job and explained all the work required to bring us up to current regulations. His price was very reasonable (middle one of the quotes we had) so we gave him the go ahead. Oliver came and installed new cables and arranged with the kitchen fitter when a convenient time would be once the cabinets were fitted for him to come back and install the oven. We found him to be very polite, punctual and clean in his work. We would have no problem in recommending him to anyone and hope to use him again soon

I was happy to employ Adam Bardsley of A.R.B. Electrical Solutions after speaking to him on the phone and I was not disappointed. He replaced the broken light at the front door and suggested an alternative light for the rear (which I had never considered) and even replaced a couple of sockets. He was extremely pleasant and, although the jobs were relatively small, he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him back or recommend him to anyone else.
