I would like to state that Ken has been very helpful in trying to meet my high standards. He has had a challenge with 3 different colour grouts white, black & brown. He has also come back 4 times in an attempt to please me. I would like to highly recommend Ken for natural stone jobs as he has done an excellent job of our Kitchen Splashback. Although I am still dissatisfied with our ensuite and will have to get this re-done in the future, I do now have all the gaps filled and feel it is useable. Jason

• Hugh is a fantastic electrician! The most thorough by far! which is great, i have a small child and one on the way and i wanted everything to be a safe as possible. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!
