25sqm Hardwood flooring - herringbone pattern: Communication before starting the job was fine. Shima and his colleague turned up early on the day and executed the job before schedule (quoted 2days - completed in 1day). The guys took extra time with awkward interfaces and junctions, and even provided additional materials where required, leaving a very high standard of finish once complete. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
