Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I had my fencing removed and replaced by this company. This involved removing a skip load of fencing and foliage and a difficult neighbour. There was no side entrance so the whole lot had to be taken through the house. Mr Pop and his team were professional, their customer care first glass, and the quality of their work I recommend this company 100%. Good, honest work people do exist. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday.
