We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. There were hitches - delay in delivery of bricks from the continent- but I was very well kept informed. There was a problem with one item that hadn’t been added to the castings and Scott offered to share the additional cost 50/50- that was very fair. Quality outfit,would use again.

Fix It Fabrications have done a great job for us. Steve and Rob have assembled a great team of tradesmen. The job was done on time and on budget and to a good standard of quality. We decided to completely remodel and refurbish our 3-bedroom semi-detached house. Steve not only fabricated some of the steel beams in his own workshop, he also provided project management throughout, and advised us on the design for the loft room.
