Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Roy helped me fix a problem with my karndeen flooring that no one else would touch. He did an excellent job and was a very nice personable guy. I had no hesitation in giving him another job of carpeting my stairs and bedrooms. His price was extremely competitive and matched any carpet store. I would recommend him for all aspects of flooring. Responded to the request very quickly and came and quoted the next day. Price was reasonable and he was able to start very soon after. Recommended. Ben is hard working, punctual, reliable and the quality of his work is very good. He and Tony turned up on time and did our ceiling in the timescale and price he said he would. They tidied away at the end of the day. We had him back shortly after to plasterboard and skim our fireplace and again a very pleasant experience. Price quoted was competitive. A trustworthy chap, we would use again.
