Although I was happy with the bulk of the work, they did not return to finish off the last couple of jobs that I wasn't happy with. I have had to contact other tradesmen to finish the work.

Although the work done was to a good standard, not all of the work was done and a part of the job(repair to ceiling) was so bad that I had to have it redone by another company. I agreed with Johnathan at the time that he would return at a later date to fix a problem that he could not find the source of at the time. despite repeated attempts to get hold of him I have not been able to get him back to complete the job or refund the money from the part of the job that had to be redone. Poor show Johnathan.

Geoff turned up on time, well presented van, well prepared, and got on with the tasks quickly. The work was varied, and he tackled all intelligently and diligently, completing more than I had hoped in the one day. Since then he has been back for two more days, and although I haven't been on site to check, again seems to have completed more than I had hoped. In short: Reliable, fairly priced, well prepared and able to tackle a wide range of tasks efficiently and appropriately.

The job was priced fairly & competitively and was completed to a very high standard with all debris removed and the working area cleaned completely. The lads themselves were pleasant & polite. Plumber was unable to remove bath facia to fit new taps, he did manage to solve the problem by fitting part of a new set of taps. The facia was damaged, it has been removed and is being repainted.

The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be.
