My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.

Brian was very professional in manner. His tradesman-ship was clear when he came to assess the work needed to be done. Unfortunately, the work needed was way beyond what I had expected and therefore, understandably,beyond my budget. I will be in contact with him once my situation changes to complete the work he advised me on. I gave 4 stars in quality and value as I could not ask him to undertake the work needed.
I offer all my potential new customers the option to view my previous extensions and speak with ex clients. I have a good reputation in the building trade and most of my work is from word of mouth. I do not ask for money upfront, I take stage payments.

A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish. David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

He quoted a good price for a small bay window flat roof, did the work during the day while we were at work but documented with photos, left everything looking tidy and solved the leak we had into our front bedroom. Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
