Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! We had roof lead taken from our property. We asked for a different material to replace it. Richard was most accommodating and did some research towards that, and we were happy with the quote. Especially as it was short notice and over a bank holiday weekend. Really appreciate the work they did, which took longer than perhaps expected, working around the weather needing to be dry. Really good job, and tidied each day before leaving. Definitely would use again, and recommend confidently.

Repaired my leak in a flat roof over a bay window.. Couldn't get him to stop for a break. Excellent work and I am pleased with the finished job. Also got him to re-bed and re-point my ridge tiles and replace chimney flashing with lead. He hardly stopped all day and never had a proper break. Again another excellent job. He takes great pride in his work!

The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
