These guys were very quick to respond to the ad, and were able to come to have a look-see and do the job rapidly as well. They needed to come back the next day with a longer ladder, but on arrival it was 20 mins to get the ladders in, get up onto the roof, do the 10 minute job, clear up, get paid (card machine) and leave. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom.
