Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

Weatherguard repaired my garage roof which was leaking. They made a sensible suggestion to replace the damaged roofing felt, and re-use the existing roof tiles, which saved a lot of money. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. Danny and his crew were polite throughout, and apologetic for the mess cause during the work, though this is understandable and unavoidable.
