Half the laminate was laid, but I noticed the pattern joins didn't match up. They were unsatisfactory and I pointed them out. The tradesman was happy to lay the laminate again. This time it was done well. I'm now delighted with the overall appearance of my floor, although there are still some small areas, especially by the skirting, where the laminate hasn't been secured by the trimming. Apart from these small things, the service was friendly and the job was finished on time. I would use them again.

Although Paul initially replied to the quote promptly and did the job on the same day; we were left with a hole in the wall from the fixing of the blinds. Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.

He did 2 small jobs - one was fine, but the other, he did not know how to do and should have said so. This was re-polishing a kitchen worktop. He did not read the application instruction despite being shown them. His painting skills ;eave a lot to be desired and he rushed it as he was being cashed up by others. He left the job incomplete and has not been in contact to finish it completely. He is basically an ok handyman and has a lot of jobs he's juggling all the time. I wouldn't recommend him for any work.

Unfortunately very unhappy with the work and the material used.The gate latches already coming off , the paving stone cracked in places,some of the wood used was weathered , the slope in the paving not adequate ,pools of water collecting in places. completed in 1.5 days so a hurried job done and left all the stone covered in cement .A black limestone looks like a greyish white . Just a month since work done and very disgruntled, would not reccommend to anyone who would want to use their money sensibly !

Cornel turned up at a job with 3 others who didnt have a clue what they were doing. My wall i got taken out by these guys was a terribble job they used the wrong cement and now everyday i have cement falling bit by bit. Cornel also dug the floor to connect a new sink for waste pipe. He concreted the floor back and no water can now go through the waste pipe as hes connected it wrong. So i have a useless sink in a corner of my kitchen. Asked him to come back for 4 weeks kept saying tommorow never came.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
