Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Really a job he couldnt do, the basics were not done, in the end i had to ask him to leave the job after a few days as his work was very poor and standards not good, he was way out of his depth on this one !!!

We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. There was some misunderstanding about the colour of the mortar used, but we can live with it. Would recommend him.

Adam responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and sent a quote soon afterwards. He arrived to start the work when he said he would and finished on time. Left everything neat and tidy and did all the jobs I asked him to - without supervision - as I was away. I would recommend.

Would give 4.5/5.0 stars if I could Job involved full rewiring, suspended ceilings, splitting storage area into 4 smaller ones - I'm very happy with those Most things went pretty well, but there were few things why I can't give full 5 stars, primarily: * There was some miscommunication between Michael and the electricians * While Michael was sick with Covid-19, some of his junior's work quality was not as good. * Few things were missed, but I DIY'd it. Will definitely contact Michael for future jobs.

They turned up with their chainsaw not working. They chopped down three well established bushes I didn't want removing. They turned up with a drill that was battery dead, and just poured the root killer over the stumps, and both are still actively growing. They just blew the dtritus around the garden, several weeks later I am still pickimg it up. It would have been easier for me if they had left it where it was.

Completely ripped me off after a month of daily messages to get my money back and him saying he would pay me back for the work he did not do I'm still waiting. Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.

The first 2 stars not applicable. He turned up on the appointed date/ time, discussed and looked at the work......and that was the last I saw or heard from him again. Basic courtesy would have been to let me know that he couldn't or wouldn't do the job. I since went online and selected a professional landscaper.
