Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. It was only a small job and the exact cause of the leak in the roof couldn't be confirmed from ground level. Peter came round promptly and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him. The work was done the following week and was slightly more extensive than expected but within the original quote range. All in all excellent service and I would definitely the company again.
