We had several quotes for a complete new central heating system. DJ Phillips offered good value and the option of a ten year warranty, so we chose them. Dave and Harry were processional and polite and managed to complete a potentially very disruptive process with as little trouble as possible. I would definitely recommend them and will be getting them back is we ever need more done.

Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it.
