Very knowledgeable - advised which radiators to fit with the existing plumbing. They also took great care with our new cream carpets and cleared up completely afterwards which my wife was very pleased about. Job completed without any issues. I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations.
