Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
We are very experienced and good quality workers , our company are working for 14 years and we know how to deal with our job. Our first priority is the quality work and satisfied customers.

Needed some sofas moving out the window, explained the job and AtoZ called quickly. They accepted the gig, and said theyd turn up prepared. They arrived, but as it was only 2 of them, we were expected to help too, which is fine, but usually makes it cheaper... But it didn't. Got the job done, friendly, just not so cost effective.

Oh dear, it started off so well. Steve the plumber got in touch with us and turned up promptly when he said he would to give us a quote. As promised he phoned us with the quote and we made a date for a few weeks later for him to come and do the work. My husband took time off work on the day that we had arranged with the plumber, and guess what? Yep, he didn't turn up or even phone. What a total waste of our time.

It was an earlier misunderstanding when i stated that Kamesh did not respond promptly to my request for a quotation. he did respond electronically via e-mail, but through no fault of his own there was a technical fault with the e-mail. He has since come home to personally quote/advise me on the job needed and i retract i my earlier comment(03/07/12) about the disappointing service experienced. Did full day at very short notice at reasonable cost, working hard. Did good job, but didn't offer to 'make good' the holes which had to be made for pipes. Would've expected to pay extra, but customers do want a complete job. Would still recommend, though - generally satisfied.

Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom.
