The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
