I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

No response to any attempts at communication once I had paid. No key sent for the new lock I had fitted. Another locksmith had to come out to sort out eh lock and said it was a bad job.
