Adrian Louis of New Driveway Co. is very professional, helpful and sorts out any queries with good advice. The work I required, boundary fencing in 4 different styles, plus driveway gates, look really good; the materials are good quality and are fitted to a high standard. The price went higher, due to my estimate being on the low side for the size of garden, but with adjustments for less expensive driveway gates, etc. the overall cost was negotiated and acceptable. I'm a very pleased, happy customer!

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. Freddie & Freddie spent two days in the cold weather taming my very overgrown garden. They expertly and safely cut down and removed a 10yr old field maple tree sited next to a 6ft wooden fence, having dug deep to remove the stump and major roots. They also removed a large bush and overgrown briar rose and weeded between shrubs, pruning as requested, and rotovated all the overgrown borders . All the garden waste was taken away. I am delighted with the result of their hard work. For me it was excellent value.
