He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Repaired garage roof. Applied base coat paint to existing worn felt to rain the water proof. Then applied a user layer of felt follow by a top coat of mineral felt. Good neat job, reasonable price and help advice given. Would recommend.
