We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. We used MBBC to build a porch on our house. Robin was great in his comms, from survey through to completion we always knew where we were with him. He has a confidence in his knowledge that really helps to put your mind at ease, even when we discovered a potential problem he came up with a solution really quickly. We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.
