Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Andy communicated well via emails and telephone calls during the quotation period and was happy to re-quote on two occasions when we changed our specification of fence. Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

We had the hall, stairs and landing painted and papered. Every stage of the job was completed to a very high standard, there was more prep work than initially thought but that was no fault of Tony's but discovered on stripping the old paper. The extra work was done with no extra charge, including a repaint of a radiator. Tony is an exceptionally nice person who works very hard and neatly we highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.
