We’re so happy we went with Awarded Builder for our new bathroom. Heron was professional, friendly and really easy to deal with. His work was to an excellent standard and he does a lot of trades! Plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing - all done really well. The overall effect was great, his attention to detail really shows. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Really impressed with the quality and finish of all of Dillon’s work. He put care into everything he did and the finished project looks absolutely amazing. The project involved constructing bespoke kitchen joinery and laying an oak parquet floor. Dillon really showed off his carpentry skills with these tasks but also demonstrated he was more than able to tackle the larger structural work we had done too. I’ve already recommended him to friends and will be asking him to do more work for us in the future.
