We are a small family owned business specialising in the installation of wood-burning stoves and fireplaces; we now also have our own local showroom based in Nazeing, Essex where you can view our fully working stoves and fires on display. We are HETAS registered (5003) and fully insured; all of our stoves meet the new government Clean Burn 2022 regulations. Massively pleased with the work Nick did for us. We were left high and dry by our previous HETAS engineer with a half installed and uncertified wood burner. Nick was really clear on the work that needed to be done and completed everything efficiently and with no fuss. The quality of the installation is second to none. Would highly recommend NDT. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. I was very pleased with punctuality and value for money. However, one of the jobs quoted and paid for i.e. fixing the toilet has not been done properly and is as bad as before he looked at it and my calls have been ignored for 3 weeks to rectify this. also a crack in a wall keeps reappearing and there was red paint on a cream carpet which was not brought to my attention and a professional carpet cleaner could not remove.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
