My only suggestion to the highly skilled Tomas is that it might be a good idea in future to let clients, who do not share his expertise, know what else could/should be done to make the final result absolutely perfect. The client could then decide whether to opt for further work, based on a revised quote, or leave it at what she/he had originally asked a quote for.

I am really surprised with his standard, it is actually higher standard than mine. Marian attitude towards work is what i loved about him. He is a multi skilled tradesmen. He took his time replacing my shower tray and reboxing stack pipes which now the bathroom looks 7 star. Job posted - 2 x double garage- 10 meters x 7 meters, Shed 5.5meters x 3.6 meters, Green house base 12ft x 8 ft. use of mixed pack bricks ration 5:4:2. Turned up on time, meet the timings of the job requirement, workmanship of good standard, buildings looks fantastic, flexible in design changes, communication great, supported the building process. I will be having this team come back and work for me on the re-modelling of our house. I have found my brick layers for the future.
