We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge.
