The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Excellent work and service on waterproofing a flat roof balcony, that was botched by the original installers and leaking into a room below. Although a small job compared with their commercial projects, the work was personally supervised by Robert, one of the owners who kept in touch during the work. He and his team were diligent and friendly, a pleasure to work with. Reinstating decking over the flat roof was not straight forward and they willingly put in extra time to get that right. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. When I asked him about the negative reviews he had received he explained that on one of the jobs the customer was a substance user and so would not deal with them and rated jobs would not remove the comments!! This tradesman never turned up and said a few times he would call me back but never bothered, I’m not sure why people mess people about.
We do all kinds of home repairs except roofing and gas boilers: Wiring , electrical , plumbing , bonding , skimming , plasterboards , full bathroom build , kitchens , removing and building new walls , extensions. The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.
