Came over for a quote, we agreed a date. I kept in touch asking if we were on track. Did not respond to most of my messages. Didn’t turn up on the agreee date or the revised date which I took days off for from work. Sells you the I’m honest reliable etc and is just a big waste of time. Don’t bother. When I called got a colleague to say he was sick and managing his phone line. People aren’t dumb!

Paramount, run by L.Adams & T.Kemp made a good job of ground clearing and were then offered the task of building a patio 4.5m x 3.5m and laying turf 5.3m x 20m, which they accepted. These tasks took almost four weeks on a daily rate. Delays caused by inexperience, lack of equipment and transport, and the correction of mistakes were many on the patio.Turfing o.k. They have not been asked to do any further work to finish the job. Not recommended, Patio looks amateurish.

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. There was one issue where I wanted more shelves put up on the wall, this was no problem for Damien, he went out to get the extra brackets needed and got the job done. Thank you :)

I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

He done the same thing to my brother, gave him a start date and then never turned up or answered his phone. my job is now at a stand still while I try and find another plasterer. disgusting service, will not be using or recomending him again.

I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

One of Mick's employees did part one of the job for me, which was rather poor, and Mick said he would put it right when he did part two, which was the installation of a new staircase for which he re-quoted about £2000, which i accepted. After several attempts to contact him, he replied in a very abusive way, admitting he "didn't want to work round my ...house". Employ him at your peril!

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
