2 people turned up about 6 weeks ago I explained what was required they measured up said they send me a quote but to date nothing has been heard from them. The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Quick response - the decking was a trip hazard so needed a quick fix. Friendly efficient service with helpful advice. Acknowledged the work is a short term fix, the joists and joints will need replacing eventually.
