Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Nic did a number of jobs, one was to plane the bottom of a door. I only noticed afterwards the door would not close (and it definitely closed before). Nic wanted to charge me to rectify! I expressed disappointment at his response and he proceeded to ignore texts, leaving me to fix it.

On our front garden he laid the artificial grass without Weed control fabric and we can see the weeds already popping up. He didn't lay the patio properly as we can see rain water stored in some areas. He didn't flatten/level the grass area where we asked him to put the Artificial grass.. he left the area in bumps. Overall, I'm really disappointed with his work and do not recommend him for any landscape work.

Cannot comment on glen's work but disappointed with his reliability. He came across as a decent tradesmen, but following a number of visits to assess the work didn't turn up as scheduled and has not returned calls or texts.
