We are very happy on the whole with the work done on our extension. The quality of the work is excellent and the team worked really hard, kept to their hours and left the place clean and tidy each day. There were a few extra jobs along the way that we asked if they could do and they were very happy to do these for us. There were some unexpected costs, but Peter always gave us price options so we didn't feel any pressure to pay a premium. The finishing touches took a while to complete but this was minor.

A full 5 star rating, an excellent job. I was unsure of what needed doing. Peter gave me the options and well priced quote which, although no current reviews on this site, filled me with confidence. Peter solved all problems with ease. This included skimming an extra wall but at no extra cost. As for the finished job, it exceeded my expectations,the rooms skimmed were in such bad shape. Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. John's quote was slightly over the cheapest one we got, but he could do the work exactly when we needed. He started the job on the day and time agreed, very tidy while working. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

He was very quick to point out that he had already paid rated people in the same text as his quote, he quoted without seeing the job, just a picture I sent, without discussing detail of the job, and when I replied with details of what I expected to be done and asking what he planned on doing, he did not even bother to reply. The stud wall put in is very uneven having a big bump from ceiling to floor where two walls meet the stud. They did both walls so it’s totally their fault. I would say Bryan is an okay plasterer but it was an absolute mess and very sloppy. i now have had other plasterers So know what it’s supposed to look like. I had never had a wall plastered before. He refused to give me an invoice. He asked me to pay into his wife’s account. It was all very bizzarr. I would not recommend & would say be wary.
