George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.
