We have been trading for 6 years as a business and I have 27 years experience plastering only . We have just recently joined rated people to boost our profile and start a new chapter. I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.
