Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

Geoff at moss building maintainance was fantastic! I located his business via rated people after my elderly grandmother suffered a leak causing a ceiling too fall leaving the room needing a full replaster and redecoration. Carl did several jobs for me: 1)waste removed from the Airey. 2)re-pointed brickwork in the top corners of the Airey. 3) Fill in gaps in the outside sill of the bay window. 4) replaced the original middle piece of the grating covering the vacant middle of the Airey with a piece of tarpaulin because there is a window there for the cellar.
