The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.

Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.

Not a landscaper just a garden cleaner and over priced! Broke my tool by hacking at the tree and branches and told me that the ground was too hard!! Little did he know I watched him from window. First day worked hard second day spent 3 hours not a full days job too lazy and only good at cutting grass. Does not have the right tools for the job.

Daniel, emailed me on the day that I posted my job (Landscaping a small front garden for £250) and said that he had bought the job. After he came for the viewing he said if we could increase budget to £500, we could get the full look we were looking for and also pave some sections of the garden. We were reluctant but accepted to do this. Then he started making excuses about the shrubs and saying our plant budget was too low. When I mentioned that I'd leave a review on rated people, he cancelled the job.

Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.
