Sean came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for removal of an old cold water and a hot water tank and connecting my flat directly to mains water. He installed a new hot water tank and it has been great! First shower was so powerful compared to what it was before. He spent time explaining things and tidied everything up. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

I'll assume the boiler service was fine was fine, however he flooded my kitchen in the process. He started explaining what happened by teling me he forgot to turn off the tap in the bathroom, then changed that to a story about the overflow being blocked. When I asked "well, what now?" he advised me that I should get a dehumidifier. The most work he did to clean up was to mop some water with a towel. My ceiling is ruined and all he was bothered about was being paid for the service. Absolute joke

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
