Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

They tidied away at the end of the day. We had him back shortly after to plasterboard and skim our fireplace and again a very pleasant experience. Price quoted was competitive. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. Nick and Conrad refurbished a full bathroom for us, and we’re very happy with the result. They gave great advice, like installing a pump for a high-pressure shower and rearranging the toilet and sink for better use of space. They were also very helpful in sourcing and installing needed parts. Unexpectedly, they also replaced the toilet in our second bathroom when it turned out to be necessary.
