After getting a reasonable quote for the work, Mr Rankine was then able to start the work at a time which suited my husband and myself. The work was done to a high standard, which was plastering three walls in a bedroom. Am very pleased with the end result, the walls now look brilliant, lovely smooth finish and ready for painting. If I needed any more plastering work done in the future I would definitely use Mr Rankine again.

Had Grant quote for laying 3 rooms with carpet and underlay and 2 rooms with vinyl. Grant was extremely helpful and knowledge and a very competitive price. I had booked a date but needed it brought forward at rather short notice but that was no problem for Grant. He organised everything and arrived on time, was professional and had the flooring laid in a great time, his assistant was polite and professional too. Would highly recommend his company and have passed his details onto family and friends already.

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The quality of the paint work was good as well as the price! Marcin and his friend seemed easy going yet professional in their approach. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were.
