Really pleased we went with Jamie and his gang. The standard and quality of the work completed was impeccable. Very clean tidy workers, polite, friendly, punctual and put us at ease. It was very clear from day one they had all been given clear instructions by jamie and they just cracked on and got the job finished in a timely manner. Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!

Terrible...... Just terrible... Late, missed appts and poor quality I had thought this contractor did a good job in the first instance, but it turns out it was very sub par. I had to recall him to do the finishing and to be honest it wasn't to my satisfaction. I'm now left with a kitchen floor that lacks the finesse of a professional. When I questioned it he became aggressive and walked out citing "I don't need this" . I WOULD NOT recommend this tradesman to anyone if you're needing a good state of finish.

Lowes Construction installed a bathroom for us initially the work appeared to be good but he took 4 times the length of time quoted, he asked for his money leaving some of the jobs unfinished and then would not respond to our calls, e mails or letters asking when the work would be finished. When notified that the shower leaked, sinks were incorrectly positioned, damaged panel not replaced. he did not return to repair any of the problems raised. I would not reccomend anyone to employ this company.

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.

Rapid response was good, but after that it was downhill all the way. It took most of a day to do what I would expect a competent plumber to be able to do in 2 houirs. In that time he replaced the existing parts with a new syphon. The flush now worked but the bowls was very slow to empty. He left telling me there must be a blockage in the drains and drains were not his area of expertise. Dynorod came out next day and told me the drains were clear and that almost certainly the reason was that this was a siphonic system and the plumber had not supplied an essential part for this type of system. This turned out to be correct when I finally tracked down the missing part and got a different plumber out to fix it. I would advise anyone needing a plumber to look elsewhere.
