He he was flexible with when he could come over to give me a quote, quickly followed up with the quote and was then happy for me to source a few of the parts needed for the job. Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving. I was extremely happy with this service, particularly Tania. My huband and I needed and end of tenancy clean as we were moving to LA. She came around to the house to evaluate the very large cleaning job (6+ hours) and give us an estimate. She was able to schedule 2 cleaning women to come starting at 8am to blitz the house. They worked non-stop and I was extremely happy. I would absolutely recommend these people. If we hadn't moved to LA- I would be hiring them full time to clean as much as possible!

I had damp (non-mouldy) rear wall, and knew the roof tiles/gutter above this wall needed to be looked at + replastering the interior wall. Dajland and his team put up scaffolding, fixed the leak in the roof tiles, and replastered 2 interior walls in 3 days. James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Can't recommend James highly enough.
