We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice.
