Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

He changed our fuse box £750 one wire was not connected he told us to phone him when we found out which socket it belong to we found the socket but dosnt answer calls or text think he blocked us would not advice hiring or if you do make sure all is done before paying

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

Unfortunately I have to state that my experience with this company has been absolutely unacceptable. We agreed a price and a date to start works. Day one they did not turn up and did not call to provide an explanation until the day had almost finished. They then promised that they would attend on Friday morning and complete the works. Once again I received no call. I called the contractor left voicemail messages and finally left a message via WhatsApp. Contractor called me back around 15.30pm and apologise

At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.
This is a family business with 20 of experience in multi trade. There's no job to big no job to small and we treat our cutomers homes like our own. Massive projects taken on and also small.

Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory. Their range of ability, attention to detail and work ethic has been really reliable. They turned up every day all day and nothing was too much trouble. Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!
