Geoff at moss building maintainance was fantastic! I located his business via rated people after my elderly grandmother suffered a leak causing a ceiling too fall leaving the room needing a full replaster and redecoration. From the start Geoff was always helpful, he was punchal for our appointment & once instructed always in contact with updates on work. Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.

Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.
