I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. They worked extremely hard & long hours to get the work complete in time as promised. The finished work is extremely professional and exactly how I envisaged it and they tidied up beautifully afterwards.

In my experience of tradesmen, Peter is a breath of fresh air. He is honest, professional, very knowledgeable and completes his work to an excellent standard. No unexpected costs just a well executed plan for the work he performed. He was specifically repairing plaster work that I had botched up by another plasterer and managed to sand and fill to a very high standard and then painted the whole room. The finish was unbelievable considering the mess the previous plasterer had left. Top job! Thank you!

Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!

We had a visit from James to quote on our plastering requirements and instantly felt relaxed with him. The walls were incredibly uneven and heavily textured artex ceiling but we were reassured that although it was a challenge James talked through with us what he would do to prepare the surfaces and make good for a good plastered finish. Once a date was agreed James was prompt and reliable and worked extremely hard. He was a conscientious and tidy worker and the final finished work exceeds our expectations

Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.
Do not pay attention that we are new on this website...the experience is ours! We do: rendering, painting and decorating, floors and carpeting, woodwork,tiling and flooring, plumbing, windows and doors, brickwork, electrics.
